It's called OHIO Snow

I'm driving down 44 just past the high-way. The SUV in front of me stops. No one is behind me. We are stopped for some time and all of a sudden I see head-lights behind me... ok. Right!? WRONG! All of a sudden the car behind me does a complete 360 turn and is going side ways down 44, barely misses me... by 5-6 feet tops. SERIOUSLY!! My heart was racing the whole 5 or so seconds I watched this and all I could think was "please stop, please lord make him stop. OMG! please stop!!" he did. He was just stuck in the ditch. If it wasn't 44 I would've gotten out to check but the traffic was ridiculous. Poor guy! On my way past him with Paige 4 SUV's were out.
